Acceptable use.

You agree to use AI Image Checker only for lawful purposes. You may not submit images that contain illegal content. Submissions that trigger our content filters may be reported to authorities as required by law.

No warranty.

The service is provided as is. AI image detection is probabilistic, not deterministic. You should not rely on a single detection result for high-stakes decisions without corroborating evidence. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Rate limits.

Free anonymous use is rate-limited per IP. Free accounts have monthly quotas. Paid plans have higher quotas as listed at the time of purchase. We may adjust limits with notice.

Account suspension.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the rate limits, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Paid accounts will be refunded for unused service.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms. The last-updated date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
