Privacy Policy.

What we collect.

When you use the AI image checker anonymously, we receive the image bytes (or URL) you submit, your IP address, and basic browser metadata. The image is sent to our detection service for analysis and is not retained on disk.

What we do not do.

• Store your uploaded images after detection completes.
• Sell your data to third parties.
• Run advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party analytics that profile you across sites.

Rate limiting.

To prevent abuse of the free tool, we hash your IP address together with a server-side secret and store the hash for rate-limiting purposes. We cannot recover your original IP from this hash. The hashed bucket is retained for 24 hours and then deleted.

Cookies.

If you sign up for an account, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. Anonymous use does not set any cookies beyond Cloudflare's default DDoS-protection cookie.

Data subject rights.

If you have an account, you can delete it (and any associated data) at any time by emailing privacy@aiimagechecker.ai. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA.
